Implement AVRCP VFS and NowPlaying Browsing 

Implement AVRCP VFS and NOW PLAYING List browsing
to support the following:

VFS Browsing:
SetBrowsedPlayer
GetFolderItems(Filesystem)
ChangePath
GetItemAttributes
PlayItem(Filesystem)

NowPlaying:
GetFolderItems(NowPlayingList)
PlayItem(NowPlayingList)
EVENT_NOW_PLAYING_CONTENT_CHANGED
