Set CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST explicitly. 

The default value for CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST is already 2, but it
doesn't hurt to make that value explicit, as we do with
CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER.
