ObjectStreamClass: Add a workaround for abusers of private API. 

- ObjectStreamClass.getConstructorId(Class<?>) : returns a constant.
- ObjectStreamClass.newInstance(Class<?>, long) : calls through to
sun.misc.Unsafe.allocateInstance.
