Fix broken links in crypto documentation.

Links in public documentation:

https://developer.android.com/reference/java/security/package-summary.html
https://developer.android.com/reference/javax/security/auth/login/package-summary.html

are currently broken because they contain an extra "../".

Test: After manually removing that part of the link URLs from the above
      pages, the links work.
