Restore android SoftReference javadoc 

OpenJdk java.lang.ref.SoftReference javadoc
contradicts the Android version of its javadoc.
OpenJdk one encourages its use for caches, while
the old one says its a bad idea.

Old one makes most sense, this change adds it back.
