Add/improve change markers for remainder of j.u.c.atomic.

Follows the pattern of http://r.android.com/646039.

This change also skips one more noop privilege escalation. When the
previous change was made, it was only done on one of the two code
branches in AtomicIntegerFieldUpdater, which was presumably an
oversight.
