arc: gamepad: Expose analog stick information

This CL
1. Updates gaming-input-unstable-v2.xml to the latest one.
   New events (axis_added and activated) allows Exo to send analog
   axis motion range information to ARC.
2. Adds GamepadAxisInfoArgs to forward the information from
   WaylandInputManager to InputReaderArc.

This is a part of the effort to improve ARC Gamepad compatibility.
