Add VS2010 version of solution file and projects.  These differ from the VS2012 versions checked in as follows:

- Added 64-bit build targets.
- Output libraries to lib/[x86|x64]/[Debug|Release]
- Use Multithreaded Debug and Multithreaded static Runtime Libraries (instead of DLL versions)
- Set _HAS_ITERATOR_DEBUGGING=0
