JDWP: prioritize command RT.FieldsWithGeneric over RT.Fields 

Helper methods accessing fields prioritize the command
ReferenceType.FieldsWithGeneric over ReferenceType.Fields.

Also removes redundant class FieldInfo in favor of the Field class.
