Merge remote-tracking branch 'cros/master' into uprev-adhd

Update to latest adhd for cheets2 audio HAL to use new libcras
API to expose audio effect to Android framework.

Note that most of the commits in the merge list are for ChromeOS
audio server. Only libcras and common utility are used by
Android projects.
