vndk-def: Ignore ELF files with unknown machine ID 

This commit starts ignoring ELF files with machine ID other than
EM_386, EM_MIPS, EM_ARM, EM_X86_64, and EM_AARCH64.

Test: ./tests/test_elfdump.py
