vndk-def: Update eligible-list-master.csv

This commit updates eligible-list-master.csv.

Revert audio HAL related changes:

* android.hardware.audio.common-util.so
* android.hardware.audio.common@2.0-util.so
* android.hardware.soundtrigger@2.0-core.so
* libaudioutils.so
* libmedia_helper.so

Add several HIDL interfaces:

* android.hardware.confirmationui-support-lib.so
* android.hardware.confirmationui@1.0.so
* android.hardware.graphics.composer@2.2.so
* android.hardware.vibrator@1.2.so

Test: Run vndk_definition_tool.py on several devices and check error log
