Add ApiDemos to device-tests as it's needed by JankMicroBenchmarkTests

make -j32 JankMicroBenchmarkTests ApiDemos  && \
tradefed.sh run template/local --template:map test=JankMicroBenchmarkTests \
      --test-tag testname --log-level-display VERBOSE
