Added more information in abi dump. 

Added :
1) Base class specifiers with access, base class name, isVirtual.
2) Added access specifiers for CXXRecordDecl fields and functions.

Test: header-abi-dumper -o example1.dump tests/example1.h -- clang -x
      c++ -I . -std=c++11.
