sourcedr: Remove old command and add setup.py data

This commit removes the old command from setup.py and add two resources
(patterns.csv and sourcedr.json) to setup.py.

This commit also removes dead code related to patterns.csv creation,
since patterns.csv will be copied from sourcedr/defaults directly.
