Monkey: Fix monkey stuck system issue

Scenarios of monkey stucking system
1.log
2.report procrank
3.report meminfo
All those logs and reports from monkey are
redundant for stability test because they will
be collected by script

Fix: add option to close logs and reports from
monkey, add --disable-logs in monkey startup command
will close those logs and report.
