Omit default values in JSON dumps 

The following values are omitted in JSON dumps:
- false
- 0
- empty string
- empty array
- AccessSpecifierIR::PublicAccess
- RecordTypeIR::RecordKind::struct_kind
- VTableComponentIR::Kind::FunctionPointer
- ElfSymbolIR::ElfSymbolBinding::Global
