Revise WatchFace sample's AnalogWatchFaceService.java and 

SweepWatchFaceService.java to include an actual picture
background (vs. simple image of w/ fade). Also,
refactored w/ better optimizations and to closer match
the WatchFace codelab (PeekCard support, Palette Color use,
etc.).
