Changes on Autofill Service project:

- Renamed BasicHeuristicsService to HeuristicsService
- Split HeuristicsService from BasicService
- Added compat-mode support to Chromium
- Supported authentication on HeuristicsService
- Changed value to "N-hint" to make it easier to filter out datasets
- Added settings to HeuristicService
- Made BasicService final, as it's kind of the "smallest" service possible
