Updated dependencies for autofill sample. 

* Support lib -> 26.0.0-beta1
* Build tools -> 26.0.0 rc2
* Kotlin -> 1.1.2-4
* Gradle -> 3.0.0-alpha1
* Added google maven repo.
Now it can only be run on AS 3.0+.
