Add a pre condition and add EXTRA_HONORED_ARGS paramter to the reuslt

Bundle to the example ContentProvider.

This CL changes:
- Adds default arguments for the QUERY_ARG_OFFSET and QUERY_ARG_LIMIT
and its preconditions.
- Adds a new parameter to the result Bundle for EXTRA_HONORED_ARGS that
contains the name of the parameters honored by the ContentProvider.
- Replace the EXTRA_TOTAL_SIZE constant with that of ContentResolver,
which wasn't available in the DP1
