Fix pthread.pthread_attr_setinheritsched__PTHREAD_INHERIT_SCHED__PTHREAD_EXPLICIT_SCHED for LP32. 

LP32 continues to ignore failures to set scheduler attributes for
backwards compatibility with pre-Honeycomb bugs :-(
