bionic: Fix wrong prototype of system call getresuid/getresgid

In bionic/libc/SYSCALLS.TXT, the prototypes of system call
getresuid/getresgid are incorrect.

According to man page, they should be:
    int getresuid(uid_t *ruid, uid_t *euid, uid_t *suid);
    int getresgid(gid_t *rgid, gid_t *egid, gid_t *sgid);
