Upgrade to tzdata2013g. 

From the release notes:

  Changes affecting current and near-future time stamps

    Morocco now observes DST from the last Sunday in March to the last
    Sunday in October, not April to September respectively.  (Thanks
    to Steffen Thorsen.)
