Fix linker_asan64 symlink

Soong now appends the suffix to the symlink, so the multilib-specific
symlink is no longer necessary.

Test: m -j out/target/product/angler/system/bin/linker_asan64
Test: Examine LOCAL_MODULE_SYMLINKS in out/soong/Android-aosp_angler.mk
