Fix for SHO delay between TWS+ earbud and legacy headset 

Fix for SHO delay to legacy headset when active streaming earbud
is disconnected. When active earbud is disconnected, active device
is switched to other connected connected earbud. In this process
isShoActive flag is not reset resulting in 3sec delay in SHO
when user selects legacy headset as active device.
