AIDEGen: Prevent to handle sys.Exit(0) as an exception. 

Prevent to handle sys.Exit(0) as an exception and to dump traceback string.

Bug: 132928948
Test: 1. m aidegen; aidegen-dev --help
      2. Command should run successfully without any error message.
