Support uploading VTS result

- Move "test" from console to command processor.
- Add --keep-result to "test" which keeps the latest result in a
  temporary directory.
- Add --type to "upload" which finds the file in the console's
  dictionary and uploads it.

Test: test --keep-result -- vts
Test: upload --type=result --src=vts --dest=
