Update android-support-test prebuilts.

This commit updates prebuilt jars with runner/rules 1.0.0 and espresso 3.0
from atsl_6.0_alpha_2 prerelease.
Also removed the jars with bundled dependencies and replaced with list of
dependent libraries.
