Update glide snapshot with one from google3

In support library we are going to add method getLifecycle at fragments,
this name conflicts with package-private api in glide. A name in glide
was fixed in 159630140, so glide's version in repo should be updated, so
apps that depend on both support library & glide works fine.

Test: manually build system image.
