Fix build: Remove abi references for armv7 generic cpu variants.

gsi and vndk snapshot targets no longer have armv7 generic cpu variants.
This also prevents the problem of non-uniformly updating abi references.

There is no abi diffing for targets with armv7 generic cpu variants
after this change
