Add useful logs regarding channels and ATR 

Session and Terminal should output more logs helpful for the device
development. This change adds logs for openBasicChannel(),
openLogicalChannel() and getAtr(). New logs should be output only for
debuggable build variants.

Test: Manually checked the logs.
