Add support for larger aspect ratio

Per Android development guideline:

Google recommends to support aspect ratios of 2.1 or higher.

Test: 1. Use display with 16:9 aspect ratio or larger
Test: 2. Goto Settings->System->About Phone->Legal Information
Test: 3. Tap the Third-party licenses
Test: 4. Extra screen space, unexpected, is not used by application
