asio: add support to AF_UNIX socket and asio::generic::stream_protocol 



Update support/android/asio/asio_defines.txt with following config
 #define ASIO_HAS_LOCAL_SOCKETS
 #undef ASIO_DISABLE_LOCAL_SOCKETS

Integrate asio::generic::stream_protocol class
