Revert "Adds a few boundary-condition checks, and updates the default model not to contain regexes that cause the ICU regex interpreter to hang."

This reverts commit fa711594.

Reason for revert: This is blocking pre-submit tests.

android.view.textclassifier.cts.TextClassificationManagerTest.testGenerateLinks() failing.
