usb: dwc3-msm: Support > 32-bit DMA addresses for GSI

Fix a few places where only the lower 32-bits of DMA addresses
are being passed to GSI. This includes the ring base address,
GSI doorbell address, and TRBs. Also do the same for DBM
endpoints' link TRB.
