mmc: sdhci-msm: Enable hw reset of sdcc controller to support HKM

With integration of HWKM (Hardware Key Manager) instance into ICE,
ICE driver need SDCC controller reset during bootup to ensure that
ICE do not have any keys or config in legacy mode.
During Bootup HWKM driver will try to put ICE into standard (HWKM slave
activated) mode where if there are any config or keys present in legacy
mode then accessing ICE in standard mode will throw access error.

To keep ICE and controller in sync, reset sdcc controller during card
probe.
