android-4.9, android-4.14: Enable KPROBES 



(p/ directory version)

Debugging the kernel with bcc using eBPF and KPROBES is possible in the
4.9 and 4.14 kernels. Suggest turning these debugging features on. A
similar change was already made for various device kernels.
