q: Recommend enabling ext4 and f2fs encryption support 



Recommend enabling the kernel config options needed to use file-based
encryption on ext4 and f2fs.

This is change I69097c7e5f38f9c2916cae40df5720183377cd7e applied to the
'q' directory.
