kernel/build: remove wildcard entry for updating makefile variable 

Remove wildcard regular expression to update BOARD_VENDOR_KERNEL_MODULES
as this makefile variable may get processed anytime i.e., even before
kernel modules are generated. This would lead to modules missing in the
vendor image.
