Weekly update hwui and skia profile data

For the update of profile data this time, used the profraw data
generated by the continuous test infra (http://b/69281673 #36).

The hwui.profdata is generated by merging hwuimacro and hwuimicro
(64bit) profraw data.
The skia.profdata is generated by merging hwui.profdata and skia (64
bit) profraw data.

Bug: http://b/72506626
Test: The performance remained the same level as before on certain
benchmarks.
