AutoLauncherStrategy bugfix 

* Add waitForIdle after opening apps for ui to stablize.
* OpenMediaFacet(String appName) need to scroll when media apps are more than 1 page.
* Verify that app has been opened with specific BySelector instead of
newWindow() for more consistent behavior.
