change logic to scroll App grid 

changed logic to scroll in app grid due to the change from RecyclerView
to PageRecyclerView and UiObject2 scroll method will yield a wrong
results which in turn stops the scrolling mistakenly.

Test: run tests and observe app grid scrolls
