Remove testAtSignInUserInfo and add testMultipleUserField 

Libcore change 2e3689a5 backported an upstream security fix and modified
behaviour caused testAtSignInUserInfo to fail.

Since this is a deliberate minor behaviour change, remove the test from
CTS, and add testMultipleUserField to check the vulnerability fix.
