Update layoutlib following commits 0e443d1 and 94ba100

ColorSpace$Rgb now uses NativeAllocationRegistry which forces layoutlib
to have a delegate for it even if it does not support color spaces.
This also updates delegates corresponding to changes in various native
method signatures.
