Scaled bitmap for perf improvements
Turned out the bottle neck was in bitmap blip (copy) during #setPixels call in buffer. For perf improvements here we're scaling bitmaps down and scale up during canvas drawBitmap. This lowers rendering (10 buttons animating) from 110ms down to ~30ms.
