Fix mclinker for LLVM rebase to r275480 

Bug: http://b/31320715

These fixes are already in upstream (a6ec1ec Fix build with llvm
trunk@264246 or later) but does not cherry-pick cleanly.

Test: Build AOSP and run RenderScript tests (host tests for slang and
libbcc, RsTest, CTS)
