Add Game boost & modify launchboostv2 invocation.

Trigger LBv2 from where LBv1 is triggered.
Recent app behavior changes cause oringinal LBv2
in startProcess to not trigger. This is fixed.

Detect if app is a game & trigger game boost,
for faster game launch latency.
