Rename should_exclude_dfs to include_dfs 

This is to ensure the default behavior of setting exclude_dfs to TRUE
is not dependent on the explicit configuration of "should_exclude_dfs"
configuration.
This means that the default behavior of exclude_dfs configuration can
only be changed by setting "include_dfs"
