Reset A2dpSuspended flag when call, SCO are disconnected 

When SCO gets connected/disconnected, call is started
or ended, VR started/ended, A2dpSuspended flag is set
to true/false accordingly from Bluetooth application.
Resetting the flag when SCO gets disconnected
while call is still active from BtHelper leading
to audio routing to A2DP start.
